Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction, Universal Credit and Discretionary Housing Payment

Our Consultancy Service involves an in-depth examination and analysis of whether local policies and procedures adhere to prescribed legislation and a review of practices and procedures with a view to maximising efficiency.

  

A summary of findings and recommendations is presented in person to key members of staff.
