The Benefits Directory and The Revenues Directory are accessed through an annual membership
For local authorities
The price of annual membership to The Benefits Directory is based on the value of HB/CTB Administration Cost Subsidy received from the DWP
The price of membership to The Revenues Directory is based on the number of CT chargeable dwellings in the LA area
The annual membership price covers -
- access to a Directory for all or a selection of staff, including homeworkers and offsite offices, and
- a query answering service where the content of the Directory does not address the issue queried
